Constellation Brands To Acquire Crown Imports

Constellation Brands Inc. (NYSE: STZ) will pay approximately $1.85 billion to acquire the remaining 50% stake in Crown Imports that it does not own. Shares of the beverage alcohol company leaped $5.30 to close at $27.06. Related Stocks:
